The London Explorer Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, it is activated the first time it is used at one of the 50 partner attractions of the London Explorer Pass and remains valid for 60 days after its activation date. All unactivated passes are eligible for a refund within 90 days of the date of purchase.
