You can buy your tickets for the Harry Potter Studio Tour on the official website.

You cannot buy tickets on site : as the number of visitors simultaneously at the Harry Potter Studio Tour is limited, tickets must be purchased in advance.

As the Harry Potter Studio Tour is very popular, you are strongly advised to book your tickets well in advance of your desired visit date !

Opening hours

The Harry Potter Studio Tour is open all year round - except public holidays (bank holidays) - from Monday to Sunday, from 9:30 am (8:30 am Saturdays and Sundays) to 10 pm.

Modification, exchange and refund

Non nominative

Tickets for the Harry Potter Studio Tour are non-nominative.

Contrary to what is indicated on e-tickets, the name on the ticket may be different from that of the visitor.

In the event that you need to collect your tickets on site, however, the initial purchaser should contact the visitor reception team at +44 3450 840900 to request that your name be added to the reservation. Once your name has been added, remember to bring your ID on the day of your visit to collect your tickets.

Exchangeable

Changing the date of a ticket for the Harry Potter Studio Tour is possible but chargeable: £10 administrative fee. Simply call the Visitor Reception Team at +44 3450 840900.

Make sure you have your booking confirmation handy!

Arachnophobia

You can ask one of the interactors to direct you to a spider-free route during your visit to the Forbidden Forest.

Find out before or as soon as you pass the forest portal to avoid unpleasant surprises!

Accessibility

  • Wheelchair :

The majority of the Harry Potter Studio Tour is suitable for wheelchairs - but some areas can still be difficult to navigate:

  • The paved street of Chemin de Traverse
  • The slate floor of the Great Hall

Make sure you bring the dog's formal identification along with any appropriate documentation or clothing.

All other dogs or pets are prohibited.

  • Stroller :

Strollers and prams are accepted but in a limited number per time slot. It is therefore advisable - as far as possible - to leave them in the cloakroom.
