All forgotten / lost (and non-perishable) items are kept at the lost and found office at the station where the item was collected.

Consult the Lost and Found page on the official Eurostar website to find out the phone numbers / email addresses of the targeted station.

Return and / or storage costs, as well as postage costs may be applied.

Before contacting a lost and found office, make sure you have the following information:

  • Date of item loss
  • Train number (car and seat numbers if possible)
  • Item description
  • Contact details and address
