Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza: Skip The Line + Lunch Menu

If you wanted a crash course on humankind's artistic journey since the Middle Ages, then the Thyssen-Bornemisza is a great place to start. The collection ranges from religious paintings from the 14th century right through to the '60s pop art of Roy Lichtenstein. A number of masterpieces are dotted throughout the museum, including Rubens' Venus and Cupid, Canaletto's view of Venice's Grand Canal, and pieces by Dalí, Manet, Picasso, and Degas.
