Brasov's Museum of Ethnography is a treasure chest containing thousands of artifacts which detail the culture and history of rural communities in Romania. What does that mean? Well, concerned specifically with the areas of Olt (Tara Oltului), Barsa Land (Tara Barsei), Rupea and Bran, the museum houses a fascinating collection of ethnographic items and artwork. Pour over photos, pottery, glassware, traditional costumes, and fabrics. There's even bones and skin, if you can stomach it!
