The room is in a lovely four rooms flat, greatly located near all local shops and pubs. Near a bus stop that will take you in ten minutes to Sheperd’s Bush (Westfield, fast food...) but also to Acton (groceries, fast foods, pubs) There is a living room – coming with two couches, a Smart TV... Which is rare in London! The room comes fully furnished with a closet, a desk, two shelves and the mattress. I’ll leave the two pillows as I can’t take them abroad :) The roommate are super nice and tidy. Living here quickly feels like home ! FYI : Although the viewings and most of the details will be with me, the contract is with an agency but there is no fee and they’re really professional. About the bills, there is an additional charge of £20 per month (7.50 for the Internet and 12.50 for the cleaner) Don’t hesitate to contact me for any questions!
