We are now looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our family due to an internal promotion. Our client is a corporate investment management company with a boutique feel and beautiful offices overlooking St Pauls.
You will be joining a small but vibrant team that looks after the reception area for our client. The role is varied, and it involves the meeting and greeting services for our client’s guests and internal staff members, as well as managing the meeting rooms and the switchboard for the company. You will be working alongside the hospitality team to promote a one team approach and fluid service.
As part of your day to day duties you will get involved in handling all incoming calls, booking meeting rooms and arranging access to the office for all relevant guests. You will need to be able to anticipate client needs and assist in solving any queries in a timely manner. Once you are fully trained you will also have the opportunity to train new starters and our team support members.
The ideal candidate will be reliable and professional, whilst adopting a friendly demeanour when dealing with clients and colleagues. You will be flexible and proactive in your approach to work, with a desire to learn and grow within the company. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential for you to succeed in this role.
Previous experience of working within a luxury environment and delivering 5-star service is required. Knowledge of switchboard and Condeco are also desirable.
