Swedish Fit is a fitness concept which has been developed with the help of both physiotherapists and Swedish doctors. It offers several activities such as Cardio Flex, Sandard class, Intensive class, Circuit Training, Core, etc.
During a one-hour workout, we work all the major muscle groups in the body, alternating between cardio and body strengthening exercises. The movements we use are simple, the choreography easy to follow and all the music chosen carefully to make sure you have FUN working out and getting fit!
