Vegan Cooking Workshop by Oliveology & Lida Papamatthaiaki

Oliveology’s very own Lida Papamatthaiaki, will be joining Marianna for a workshop inspired by the Mediterranean diet. Our resident chef Lida, a trained chef and anthropologist, has prepared a delicious vegan menu.

Suggested Menu

Chickpea salad with tahini dressing

Dolmades (stuffed vine leaves)

Semolina pudding

Her menu is inspired by the Mediterranean diet, her Cretan heritage, our star ingredients and glorious fresh produce from Borough Market! During this workshop we will taste different extra-virgin olive oils, rediscover tahini, we will learn how to expertly make dolmades, and how to incorporate super healthy dried fruit and fruit molasses to our daily meals.

The workshop includes learning basic cooking skills, tasting ingredients and participating in every step, from prepping ingredients to cooking and plating. You will leave with a selection of the recipes and a 10% discount voucher for Oliveology’s products. And at the end of the workshop we all sit around the table and share the food we’ve made!
