The class includes:
- Welcome tea, coffee and smoothie.
- Interactive theme-based French lesson.
- Tips and techniques to cook a seasonal Mediterranean inspired brunch.
- Delicious savoury and sweet brunch dishes.
- Recipes and language material available electronically before and after the class.
The brunch language theme is related to the 5 senses and tastes. You will learn how to recognise and talk about flavours in French. You will use the vocabulary to judge the best "baguette" of the area.
The menus will change according to the availability of local ingredients. The current brunch menu:
- rainbow salad made with greens and other vegetables (raw and roasted), dried fruit and nuts, herbs with the best citrus
- Sweet potato, spinach and feta waffles
- Beetroot hummus and sardines dip
- Home-made Granola served with yogurt and home made berry compote
- Blood orange cake, almond cream, miso and mushrooms risotto
