Ben and Marianna from Oliveology have joined forces to celebrate the best of British and Greek food. Together they have created the perfect seafood menu!
A fusion of classic Greek seafood dishes, paired with our own seasonal British favourites and Oliveology’s star ingredients.

Marianna & Ben from Oliveology in a Spring Seafood Feast
Marianna is the founder of Oliveology. Along with her life partner, Ben, they are hosting this supper club.
Ben grew up in the East Midlands where he first started fishing with his dad in river Trent. Since then, his passion for fishing has never stopped. Be it fishing for sea bass in Cornwall, salmon in Canada, or spearfishing for Octopus on various Greek islands.
Marianna, our very own founder, comes from Greece, a country surrounded by water with thousand of islands. Seafood is a major part of the Greek diet and lifestyle. It is cooked only when fresh, using simple seasonal ingredients and wild herbs. The flavour of the fish is left to speak for itself.
Marianna and Ben’s passion the sea was taken to a new level 10 years ago when they spent 3 months on a sailboat in the Southern Pacific. They were both amazed at the variety and abundance of fresh seafood. Among others they caught tuna, dorado, wahoo, snapper, grouper, parrot fish, crabs and squid. Every day was a new journey in creating another exciting seafood dish inspired by their British -Greek heritage and their South-East Asian and South Pacific travels.
For this dinner, Marianna and Ben join forces, bringing in their different childhood British and Greek memories, recipes and experiences from their travels.
Menu: Seasonal, using Oliveology products and mostly organic produce.
Price: £50 per person (includes welcome cocktail, tasting of olive oil, talk, 5-course dinner. Does not include drinks, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be offered to buy at special prices)

All menus are finalised two weeks before the date of the dinner. Please contact us directly with any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
As our dinners are hosted at a shared kitchen space, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required for cancellation so we can fill your space. You will be given a full refund or we can transfer you to another date. However, no refunds or changes can be made if cancellations are changed in less than four weeks. However, you have the option to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
