Léonie will teach you how to make this gazpacho perfect for a picnic or lunch with friends, paired with a crunchy, delicious savoury granola. The strawberry and tomato might seem like an unlikely pairing, but we are sure you’ll be just as obsessed as us once you try it!

Léonie doesn’t always carry a baguette under her arm and a béret on her head, but still, she does have a strong desire to share delightful experiences through a creatively authentic French cuisine and lifestyle, "comme à la maison". Drawing inspiration from what the season has to offer, from traditional family recipes, from travel and stories, being well attached to her French roots that she wants to spread and democratise, living an active and healthy lifestyle, she finds the best balance in creating simple, wholesome and healthy, authentic yet delicious dishes with a twist.
