Learn to make this delicious Chaat and zero waste Coriander Chutney with the wonderful Sareta. In this warm salad, samphire has been put centre stage and combined with soft, creamy potatoes and chickpeas, cut with a little lemon, so you get that delicious salt, sour and crunch with every mouthful.

Sareta is a Scottish-Indian plant-based chef who has been a popular teacher at Made In Hackney for several years. She started her food career by hosting supper clubs and has expanded her repertoire to include cheffing, retreat catering, recipe development, food writing. She is head chef for the Made in Hackney community meal service and recently curated a global vegan cookbook: Plant Based Planet.
