Join us for this divine Raw Key Lime Pie with the Michelin-trained chef Jamie Raftery! He will show you how to create the perfect nut-based pie bottom, a creamy avocado center, and the best toppings to create a colourful, mouthwatering dessert.

Jamie is originally from Galway in the West of Ireland. He’s been cooking in Michelin Star kitchens all around the world for most of his career. For 15 years he was UK based, having worked with Michael Caines and Gordon Ramsay for the most part. In the USA, he trained at 3 Michelin star restaurant, The French Laundry. In 2015, he launched The Holistic Chef to make a positive impact in people's lives by inspiring healthier foods. Currently, Jamie is living and cooking in the jungles of Phuket, Thailand.
