Want to spice up your usual Full English breakfast? Join us to make an Indian twist on a class brunch plate. Sareta will incorporate some common South Asian breakfast dishes such as tofu bhurji (a spiced scrambled ‘egg’) or potato fry. Masala beans provide a rich kick to the meal whilst chilli tomatoes and sauteed saag (spinach) bring freshness, texture and colours. And it wouldn’t be an Indian meal without a cup of chai (spiced tea)!
