Cécile is passionate about inspiring a community of conscious cooks and sharing her love of good food, people, and the planet. Originally from Corsica and married to an Italian, her cooking oozes Mediterranean spirit. She has completed Plant One at Plant Academy, and regularly teaches at Made in Hackney and volunteers in the kitchen at Refettorio Felix.
