From typewriters to Tiffany: Otto Lightner’s fine and decorative art collection
Museums & Galleries
In 1798, Don Andres Ximenez built this fine three-story coquina home for his bride, Juana Pellicer. For 223 years, the home has been owned by generations of enterprising women, and continues to be owned and operated by women today. The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum has fascinating stories to tell about a little-known period in Florida history. Each room is meticulously designed to bring the past to life in a visual and entertaining way. Through ongoing research and archaeological discoveries, its story continues to unfold in remarkable ways.
