Laura Adlington was a finalist on The Great British Bake Off in 2020. Since then she has been sharing her passion for body confidence and self-acceptance on social media and on her popular podcast Go Love Yourself. She regularly shares the highs and lows of being in a bigger body – and has created not just a large following but a supportive community of like-minded women. With her debut book Diet Starts Monday, Laura's aim is to help women find self-acceptance and self-love, whatever their size.
