Original Whirling Dervishes Ceremony

Courtesy of the Mevlevi Order, an ascetic Sufi order founded in 1273 in Konya, you can now witness the ceremony that spread throughout the Ottoman Empire, right in the heart of Istanbul. See the modernized but no less captivating performance, just next to Topkapi Palace. The atmosphere is electric with music and dancing. A mesmerizing experience!
