Plum Liquor Making Workshop

Roll up your sleeves and make your own plum liquor on this guided workshop at the Nakano BC Brewery. * Plum liquor, or umeshu, is a traditional drink made from ume plums. During this guided workshop, you'll learn the process of steeping these popular green fruits in shōchū to make aromatic umeshu. You won't find this quality of plum at the supermarket! You'll also enjoy a tour of the brewery to delve into the heritage of a location that's been producing spirits since the 1950s.
