More info

Gardaland is the largest amusement park in Italy, on the shores of Lake Garda (Castelnuovo del Garda), between Verona, Milan and Venice. Thrilling roller coasters, areas for younger children, shows, a water park and the SEA LIFE aquarium: it is an ideal destination for one or two days with family or friends. Compare the tickets above to find the best price, and find here everything you need to know before you go.

Which ticket should you choose: fixed date or open date?

The fixed-date ticket is valid on the day chosen at purchase: it is generally the cheapest. The open-date ticket can be used on a day of your choice throughout the season and offers more flexibility, for a slightly higher price. Compare the two options in the Tickets section above.

Skip-the-line ticket: save time

To reduce waiting at the most popular attractions, Gardaland offers the Gardaland Express (several "Salvatempo" options) and the Single Ride Express, which lets you skip the line for one attraction of your choice. Particularly useful on weekends and during peak season.

Discounts: children, families, seniors and birthday

Entry is free for children under 90 cm, then a child rate applies. Family deals as well as rates for seniors and people with disabilities are available. Up-to-date prices are listed in the Tickets section.

On your birthday, admission is free! Go to the ticket offices (counter 1) on the day itself: Gardaland will give you a free ticket valid for that day, as well as a souvenir pin to make the day even more magical.

  • Book online and in advance: it is often much cheaper than at the ticket office — AllTrippers compares reseller prices for you.
  • How long? One day is enough for the essentials; plan two days to also enjoy the water park and the aquarium.
  • Avoid the crowds: arrive at opening time and prefer weekdays.
  • On site: lockers/storage facilities are available for your belongings; check whether your ticket can be used directly on a smartphone.

Good to know before your visit

  • With your ticket, enjoy unlimited access to all attractions and all shows throughout the day.
  • Some attractions may exceptionally be closed for maintenance.
  • In the event of rain or a power outage, the ticket is non-refundable.
  • The ticket offices close 2 hours before the park closes: plan to arrive early.
