Lessons can be face to face or online, one-on-one or grouped. Hey there ! My name is Marina, I’m a French, English and German private tutor. After having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering at Ecole Centrale, one of the most prestigious Engineering Schools in France, I am coming to London for a Master’s Degree at Imperial College London. I am trilingual and love languages: I am a native French speaker, have obtained a dual High School Diploma called AbiBac (French and German diploma) and have passed the TOEFL english test with a score of 117/120, thanks to many exchanges and school trips to English and German speaking countries. I have extensive experience teaching French, English and German to a variety of students of different ages and backgrounds (from primary school students to adults) so I am familiar with the challenges of teaching as well as learning foreign languages. Helping people learn and perfect new languages is an activity I deem highly rewarding and happily pursue. It is a priority for me to adapt my lessons and their pace such that they are as beneficial as possible to students, and I am very open and willing to listen to students’ needs. Another of my priorities is to make sure that students feel perfectly comfortable and to encourage them to speak in foreign languages, inside and outside of a class setting.
