We are searching for a friendly, honest and caring new flatmate to move into our Dalston home, preferably with a Mon-Fri job. **The Room The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, mirrors. **The Home Three- storey flat with four bedrooms, an upstairs brand new shower/ toilet and downstairs brand new shower and separate toilet. Bright kitchen/living room fully furnished (all kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave, etc..) which opens into our courtyard with a pear tree and small garden beds. Friendly neighbours with a beautiful garden space next door. There is plenty of storage and cabinets around the house. Super quiet location all the while being very close to restaurants/nightlife. **Location Close to Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, Haggerston and London Fields overground stations and ample space for storing your bike inside. Easy to zip out to nearby Tesco/ Sainsbury’s/ Co-op, M&;S, for a run around London Fields or Victoria Park or to many of the bars, restaurants and Cafés of Dalston. **About Us You will be living with 3 young professionals (Lithuanian and 2 French) with careers in Circular Economy, Economics/Politics, Architecture and various interests. We are out and about a lot of the time but enjoy evening dinners chats on the couch when we can. Above all, we are all very tidy and respectful of each other. **The other stuff The room is available beginning of June. Bills are about £70-80 per month, including a fortnightly cleaner, electricity/gas, water and broadband. We respect each other's privacy and need for downtime, but also enjoy hosting people in our home. Rent : 700 pcm per room + 1 month rent deposit.
