The house is located within an 10 minute walk to Bermondsey Station (metro). It is also very accessible to many 24 hour bus services. The house is 20 minutes walk to London Bridge and 5 minutes walk to Tesco supermarket and a good selection of other shops.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble-drier. There is small garden.
The room is fitted out with a single bed, wardrobe and bed side table. I can possibly sell my desk and chair. There is a lock on the room for privacy.
A cleaner cleans the communal areas every two weeks for just £ 10 more per month.
Currently there are 4 professional living in the house, all in their 20's. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the house and a lot of calm.
