Dinner Experience with Nafsika Papacharalampous

This winter, celebrate Christmas with Oliveology, in this very unique Greek Christmas Celebration curated by Nafsika. Inspired by Nafsika’s research on Greek cuisine, this dinner will feature favourite festive winter recipes, ingredients and produce.

Surrounded by Christmas smells, savour recipes inspired by Greek Christmas celebrations and seasonal fruits and vegetables, and hear all about the folk traditions of the various regions of Greece. Over several courses, you will get to savour the simplicity of flavours and the sophistication of rural and urban Greek cuisine and enjoy Christmas in the most unique way.

What to expect:

You will be welcomed with a special welcome Christmas cocktail and a tasting of different organic olive oils and olives. Nafsika will then give a short talk on the history & culture of the Greek Christmas traditions, guiding you through the various courses that she has cooked for you. You will enjoy a 5-course dinner, prepared with family recipes and recipes collected from rural and urban Greece. Nafsika will join you again over dessert and you will get a chance to talk more about Greek food.
