Coaching helps you access your inner resources to find solutions to overcome the challenges you face and take responsibility for your life.
The philosophy behind the coaching that I offer is that we are all “naturally creative, resourceful and whole”. To say it differently we all have an endless stock of resources, but we often don’t know how to access them.
As a coach, I enjoy shaking, in a gentle way, the current world of my client so that they can access their strengths, DARE to be who they really are and to do what they really want. It becomes then easy to act in alignment with their core values, free from internal or external judgements and have more impact.
In a world where speed, noise, competition have become the norms, I provide space, time, support and playfulness.
