There's nothing greater than the great outdoors and you can explore 96 acres of it in the gardens of Hillsborough Castle. Stroll around the lake and through the glen, wave at the water birds on the lake and see the Quaker Burial ground, the Ice House and more. Make sure to say hi to the clucking chickens.

Getting There Bus: Line 238 from Belfast Europa Bus Centre toward Newry, get off at the War Memorial, Hillsborough stop. Buses leave regularly and the journey takes about 35 minutes. From the bus stop, it's a 5-minute walk to Hillsborough Castle.
A free car park is available on-site and is well signposted from the A1.
